Cancellation Policy.

A credit card number is required to guarantee your appointment.  If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the price of the services requested.  In every case we will do our best to fill the cancelled appointment time with another client.  If we successfully fill your cancelled appointment the cancellation fee will be waived.

Confirmation Calls.

As a courtesy we try to call to confirm your appointment at least one business day prior.  However if we are unable to call or are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

Fees.

Fees for services rendered are due upon completion.  Please be sure to familiarize yourself with prices before your appointment.  Prices are available for review at Price List – and we will be more than happy to discuss all fees in person and/or over the phone.  Since all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services.  Please note that we are not able to extend credit for salon services (including post-dated checks).  All checks are deposited daily.  Insufficient checks will incur a $20.00 service charge.

Methods of Payment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash, and checks.  Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept chickens, goats, or other forms of barter.  🙂
